		<description>I think there should be more specials or new features about the violence in Africa. I am doing a paper for school right now about the DRC, and I really feel stupid because I did not know the true extent of the situation. I agree with Sharon that we waste time with news feature on Britney or some other celebrity (especially when the girl really just needs to be left alone!).</description>

		<description>There is so much violence going on in Africa that we in the United States never hear of unless someone does a specific story like this. When I saw this story this morning, it reminded me of the rape and violence in Darfur. Another story which is rarely reported in the U.S. We are so busy doing "human interest" stories about someone's cat who weighs over 50 lbs or some other story of that nature, that we don't put over the airways and the newspaper here in the US what is TRULY of "human interest" what is going on in places like the Congo and Darfur. Being African American, I am appalled about how much this issue has been neglected.</description>
