		<description>It's great to hear that things are finally improving... I've spent many nights over the past several years lying awake and thinking about Northern Uganda.  It's a shame that there has never been any real global awareness about the LRA.  I think those who have worked to rehabilitate former child soldiers in this area are the greatest heroes alive today.  Hopefully there will be no more floods!  These people have been through more than enough already.</description>
